Pet Health Care Plans
- If you have chosen to pay by direct debit, there will be an admin fee of £5.00 PER animal with your first direct debit payment
- You can cancel your plan at any time
Please be aware that if you cancel your plan, there may be a balance to pay if you have taken goods and used services that exceed payments made - If you do decide to cancel the plan, please make a member of staff aware
- If the weight of your dog increases, the cost of your plan may increase
- If you require your goods to be posted, please inform the staff member at the time of ordering
- You will need to monitor your own pet’s need for parasite control and order as required
- The plan is not a substitute for insurance and does not cover non preventative veterinary care. We strongly advise that you consider Pet Insurance.
